Oracle Strengthens Mid-Market Stance in China - Computer Business Review
Oracle Strengthens Mid-Market Stance in China - Computer Business Review: "The Californian database and applications giant has kicked off an initiative to establish more direct support operation in 26 'tier-2' Chinese cities and attract more local businesses and ISV partners to its software suite.
Oracle will set up the support centers in key provincial capitals with help from local ISV partners. The company, which has been in China for 16 years and does 90% of its business through partners, currently has four Chinese offices -- in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu. It also maintains development centers in Beijing and Shenzhen."
