SAP says FY revenue will grow at faster rate in US than in other markets - Forbes.com: "AG board member Leo Apotheker told analysts during a conference call that the US will be a key earnings driver for the company throughout the year and that its revenue there will grow at a faster rate than in other regions.
SAP earlier today said first-quarter software revenues in the Americas region increased 47 pct to 228 mln eur. US revenues, which represent SAP's largest market in the region, rose 25 pct to 165 mln eur.
Overall, SAP's first-quarter software licence sales increased 22 pct to 528 mln eur.
Apotheker said the 'higher growth rate' will continue throughout the year without providing any specific figures"
