The GVH said the three companies colluded to ensure a winning bid for public sector projects worth a combined Ft 13 billion to set up IT systems for five universities and five hospitals.
GVH said it did not question the quality of MedSAPsol, an IT solution owned by ISH, which the three claimed have resulted from their cooperation, but the companies were acting in consent, influenced tenders and cooperated to exclude competitors. It fined SAP and IBM Ft 690m apiece, and ISH Ft 130 million a rule limiting the size of fines to no more than 10% of the company's revenue from the previous year"
