DoD certification for records management software: News from SAP: "SAP Public Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of SAP Americas, has announced that the SAP Records Management application has been certified by the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) as complying with the US Design Criteria Standard for Electronic Records Management applications (DoD 5015.2-STD). SAP Records Management allows federal agencies such as the Department of defence (DoD) to track and store digital and electronic assets resulting from enterprise processes such as procurement and financial transactions. DoD policy dictates that the department only procure DoD 5015.2-STD compliant products."
