New Oracle BI suite boasts greater third-party support: "Unveiled this week, Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition (EE) 10g Release 3 includes greater integration with Oracle's database software and numerous business applications, including those that formerly went under the names of PeopleSoft and JD Edwards. And because the suite is composed mainly of software Oracle acquired in its $5.85 billion purchase of Siebel Systems Inc., experts say it offers greater interoperability with technologies, business applications and data sources that come from outside the Oracle family as well.
