E-Commerce News: CRM Systems: Oracle Bid Rumor Boosts SAP Shares: "Shares in SAP (NYSE: SAP) climbed to the top of the German ST0XX 50 in Monday morning deals amid renewed talk that U.S. software giant Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL) will bid for the German group, with some dealers saying they have heard the bid will be priced at 38.50 euros (US$49.78) per share, dealers said.
'There's talk that Oracle will bid 38.5 euros per share for SAP,' said one London-based dealer, although he said he didn't think there is much substance to the rumor."
